Lead Technical Design: Oversee the end-to-end electrical engineering lifecycle, from conceptual FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) to detailed design and site commissioning.
Systems Architecture: Design and optimize complex LV/MV/HV power distribution systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.
Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon for the local engineering team, conducting peer reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Project Oversight: Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Structural, Software) to ensure seamless integration.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs meet Malaysian (JKR, ST) and International (IEC, IEEE) standards, maintaining a "safety-by-design" mindset.

skills/requirements

Experience: 8–15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within high-tech manufacturing, data centers, or large-scale industrial infrastructure.
Credentials: A Degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional Engineer (PEng) status with BEM is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in electrical modeling software (e.g., ETAP, DIALux, or AutoCAD Electrical).
Problem Solver: A track record of solving "impossible" technical bottlenecks under tight deadlines.
