• Structural Integrity Oversight: Ensure all reinforced concrete, steelwork, and foundation elements are executed strictly according to the structural design intent and calculations.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex onsite engineering discrepancies by liaising between the design office and the field, providing immediate solutions for structural clashes or soil stability issues.

• Temporary Works Management: Supervise the design and implementation of critical temporary structures, such as shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems, ensuring they meet load-bearing requirements.

• Precision Surveying & Setting Out: Oversee high-accuracy leveling and setting out of structural grids, ensuring the building’s verticality and horizontal alignment are within tight engineering tolerances.

• Material Compliance & Testing: Manage the rigorous testing of C&S materials, including concrete slump/cube tests, steel tensile strength verification, and soil compaction analysis.

• Structural Safety Leadership: Apply deep technical knowledge to identify structural risks during the construction phase, enforcing safety standards specifically for high-risk lifting and loading operations.

• Quality Documentation: Maintain detailed engineering logs, including "As-Built" drawings and structural inspection certificates (e.g., Form B/C compliance), to ensure smooth project handover.
