Problem Solving: Address technical bottlenecks or design discrepancies immediately to prevent costly delays.

2. Schedule & Resource Management

Timeline Accountability: Monitor the project milestone schedule (often using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project) to ensure the build stays on track.
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage various trades (electrical, plumbing, structural) to ensure they aren't tripping over each other.
Material Logistics: Ensure that long-lead items (like elevators or specialized glazing) arrive exactly when needed.

3. Financial & Administrative Control

Budget Monitoring: Track site expenditures and flag potential overruns before they happen.
Variation Orders: Review and validate any "change orders" requested by contractors on-site.
Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports for the Development Director or Stakeholders.

4. Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE)
