About the job
- Safety Leadership: Develop, implement, and enforce all construction HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and procedures to maintain a zero-incident culture and comply with regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Physical Security & Access: Establish and manage strict access control and physical security protocols to protect critical assets, equipment, and sensitive areas of the data center site.
- Risk & Incident Management: Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to quickly identify hazards, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Sustainability Compliance: Drive the project's sustainability targets by managing construction waste, monitoring resource use (energy/water), and ensuring compliance with green building certifications.
- Reporting & Training: Serve as the primary SSS point of contact, providing mandatory training (inductions, toolbox talks) and generating comprehensive performance reports for project leadership.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience within the construction industry
- Must possess a Yellow Book certificate
- Prior background knowledge and experience within industrial / data center projects
