About the company

Your future employer is a public listed & leading water and wastewater engineering company. They are looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a water treatment project based at Lubok China, Melaka.

Job Scope include: ...

Measurement / Taking Of: Prepare of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on construction drawings and technical specifications.
Cost Estimation: Determine pricing rates for materials, labor, and equipment. Manage Payment & Claims.
Coordination: Verify actual site quantities against the original drawings/BQ. Prepare and manage progress claims, final accounts, and Variation Orders (VOs) in case of scope changes.

Skills and experience required:

Min 3 years or more of experience in QS or a related field
Knowledge of water treatment construction, familiar with ISO & environmental policy compliance is an added avandatege
