About the Job
We are seeking a Specification Executive to support pre-sales activities by engaging with architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and consultants. This role focuses on driving brand influence at the design and planning stages, ensuring the company’s products are specified into major projects such as commercial buildings, hospitality developments, and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with architects, QS, consultants, and designers to promote product specifications
- Support pre-sales initiatives through technical presentations and design proposals
- Track market trends and project pipelines to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct site visits and provide consultation on suitable roofing and building solutions
- Deliver technical calculations and product documentation tailored to client needs
- Maintain and update CRM systems with specification activities and project status
- Participate in trade shows and seminars to expand network and product visibility
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in building materials, interior solutions, or construction sales preferred
- Familiarity with specification sales, project cycles, and construction materials
