About the Job
We are hiring a Specification Executive to drive product specifications with key stakeholders in the construction industry. Reporting to the Specification Manager, this role is focused on hunting for new opportunities, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring our products are specified into project plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and present product specifications to architects, designers, and developers
- Drive business development by identifying new project opportunities
- Build and maintain strong networks within the design and construction community
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and quantity surveyors to support tendering process
- Provide technical advice, samples, and documentation for project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance
- Participate in product training, trade shows, and networking events
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project specification or technical sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in coatings, laminates, or wall finishes preferred
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field
