About the Job
This role supports specification and marketing activities for metal roofing solutions, working closely with architects, developers, consultants, and internal teams. You will play a key role in influencing project design decisions, strengthening industry relationships, and driving brand visibility across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations during project design stages
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, and Engineers
- Promote roofing solutions and company products to consultants and project stakeholders
- Support specification activities to secure product inclusion in projects
- Assist with marketing events, product launches, and industry engagements
- Track project pipelines and follow up on specifications
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for project support
- Prepare basic technical presentations and product materials when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or higher qualification in construction, engineering, or related fields
- Experience in specification marketing, construction, or building materials preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging consultants and project decision-makers
- Basic technical understanding of roofing or construction systems (metal roofing is an advantage)
