Provide technical leadership for the team, ensuring all work adheres to engineering standards, policies, and quality criteria (e.g., enforcing the Definition of Done/Ready).
Clear blockers and impediments for the squad to maintain high velocity and productivity.
Plan, coordinate, and manage the team's workload. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and assist the Product Owner in managing the project backlog.
Act as the focal point for technical issue resolution (managing incidents/problems) and liaise closely with the Technical Delivery Manager and senior leadership on overall solution design and progress.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align priorities and manage the team's capacity against the overall book of work.
Actively contribute to initiatives that enhance methods, tools, architecture, and governance across the organization.
