• Provide technical leadership for the team, ensuring all work adheres to engineering standards, policies, and quality criteria (e.g., enforcing the Definition of Done/Ready).

• Clear blockers and impediments for the squad to maintain high velocity and productivity.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the team's workload. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and assist the Product Owner in managing the project backlog.

• Act as the focal point for technical issue resolution (managing incidents/problems) and liaise closely with the Technical Delivery Manager and senior leadership on overall solution design and progress.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align priorities and manage the team's capacity against the overall book of work.

• Actively contribute to initiatives that enhance methods, tools, architecture, and governance across the organization.
