This role is ideal for a commercially savvy sales professional who enjoys building strategic relationships, solving complex client challenges, and closing high-value deals in a dynamic fintech environment. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in driving revenue growth across priority verticals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to win new enterprise and mid-market clients
• Drive new business across subscription-based, SaaS, digital platforms, and utilities sectors
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through outbound sales, networking, and market research
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Articulate strong value propositions aligned to client pain points and business outcomes
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pricing, commercials, and contract negotiation
• Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and developments within the payment ecosystem
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within payment gateways, fintech, SaaS, or financial services
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
• Strong understanding of subscription and transaction-based business models
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Existing or developing network within enterprise, digital, or fintech ecosystems
• Experience using CRM and sales automation tools
