about the role
They are currently looking for a SSC HR Operations Lead to join their team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Manage a high-performing team to deliver strong business results and resolve HR operational issues effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to update on operations, resolve issues, and drive improvements.
- Lead and develop a team of 90+ employees to ensure high performance and strong engagement.
- Oversee and manage the departmental budget, ensuring operations stay within financial targets.
- Lead continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and manage transitions or changes in service scope.

Reporting to the Managing Director, leading a team of 3.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency. Has led teams and worked with senior stakeholders, including in SSC setups. Skilled at managing change and navigating complex situations. Tech-savvy and fluent in English and Mandarin.
