Acting as a key bridge between the executive suite and daily operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex organizational challenges, designing scalable systems, and leading cross-functional projects that will shape the future of our regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation: Lead and manage end-to-end strategic initiatives to innovate and improve the organization’s operational "way of working".
Internal Consultancy: Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through deep analysis of existing business processes and workflows.
Scalable Solution Design: Design and implement highly efficient, scalable systems and processes that align with the company’s long-term business goals.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Manage project teams across different departments to ensure milestones are met and strategic objectives are realized.
Executive Reporting: Monitor the progress of all initiatives and create clear, data-driven reports for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in Design Thinking, Agile, or Project Management (PMP) are highly desirable.
Experience: At least 2 years in Strategic Operations, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or Operational Excellence.
Proven Track Record: Experience managing diverse stakeholders and performing rigorous data and financial analysis to support business cases.
Technical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for complex modeling and high-level presentations.
