skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity sourcing, ideally within metal or heavy manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of global metal markets and supplier landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
