- Review and validate design calculations.
- Help the team grow by mentoring junior engineers and providing technical advice.
- Work with clients and managers to make sure everyone is alignedfor every project.
- Run the engineering department, taking charge of all design work from start to finish.
- Find better ways to work by using new tools and faster digital processes.
- Organize daily tasks so the team finishes high-quality work on time.
- Fix design problems on-site to help the construction and project teams stay on track.
- Set rules and standards for how designs should be done to keep quality high.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience in construction indsutry
- Candidates that has IR (Professional Engineer) certification will have an advantage
- Proficiency in engineering software (Prokon, Tekla, Revit, etc)
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Able to review and suggest solutions to technical issues at the construction site
