About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end supply chain function for EPCC projects, ensuring efficient planning, procurement, logistics, and coordination to support project execution within timeline and budget.
key responsibilities
• Oversee full supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with project requirements
• Manage sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations to ensure cost effectiveness and quality
• Coordinate closely with engineering, project, and construction teams to support project timelines
• Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain disruptions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to drive performance and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management within EPCC, construction, or oil & gas industries
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contract management, and logistics
- Experience handling large-scale project-based supply chains
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
