About the Job
We are seeking qualified professionals for the following critical roles:
1. Warehouse Manager
The Focus: Overall leadership and optimization of the warehousing function. You will be responsible for ensuring high inventory accuracy and maximizing operational efficiency through structured processes.
Key Skills Required: Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, implementing cycle counting, and driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Mandatory expertise with a robust Warehouse Management System (WMS).
2. Warehouse Executive
The Focus: Day-to-day coordination and execution of warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. You will ensure timely and accurate material flow to support production schedules.
Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience with WMS, strong understanding of inventory principles (e.g., FIFO), and excellent organizational skills.
3. Production & Material Planner (Combined Focus)
The Focus: Bridging the gap between demand and manufacturing capability by creating, managing, and optimizing the production schedule while ensuring timely raw material supply.
Key Tasks: Developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS), managing material requirement plans, and balancing inventory levels to prevent disruptions. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate data within the ERP/MRP systems.
Key Skills Required: Expert proficiency in ERP/MRP systems. Strong background in materials planning, inventory control, and production scheduling within a high-volume, technical manufacturing environment.
