... The Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for the following key roles, all based in our client's Johor Bahru facility:
1. Demand Planner
The Focus: Generating accurate and unbiased volume forecasts to drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Core Tasks: Statistical forecasting, collaborating with Sales/Marketing for consensus planning, leading the monthly Demand Review, and monitoring forecast accuracy/bias.
Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Statistics/Business. Minimum 2 years in Demand Planning/Forecasting. Expert Excel skills and experience with Forecasting Software is a major plus.
2. Production Planner
The Focus: Creating, managing, and optimizing the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and efficient resource utilization.
Core Tasks: Developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS), monitoring output and bottlenecks, coordinating material availability with Procurement, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes.
Must-Haves: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations. Minimum 3 years in production planning within manufacturing. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
3. Warehouse Manager
The Focus: Overseeing all warehouse functions (receiving, storage, dispatch) to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and operational productivity.
Core Tasks: Managing inventory control via cycle counts, leading and mentoring the warehouse team, optimizing material flow, and ensuring strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) and quality standards.
Must-Haves: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Construction. Minimum 8 years in warehouse operations with 2 years in a managerial role. Candidate that has construction background will be advantages.
