You will be reporting directly to the CEO of the business. Your role is to manage the after-sales service process; ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving while building trust with the customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be managing a team of technical personnel, customer service representatives, and administrative staff.
- You will be overseeing the service and repair operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries
- Ensure exceptional customer service by guiding the customer service team in providing professional assistance and resolving customer concerns through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and chat
- Collaborate with technical personnel to provide support and guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to home appliances
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the home appliance or consumer electronics industry, or related industries
- Familiar with repair processes, troubleshooting methods is highly desirable
- Leadership skills
- Customer service oriented and strong communication
- Able to work 9:30AM - 1:00PM on Saturdays
