about the job

• Define and implement test solutions for new packages and products
• Develop and support test-handling platforms (Gravity Feed, Pick & Place, Strip Test)
• Execute equipment buyoff and release activities for handlers, contactors, docking systems, and software revisions
• Support test technology qualification and release processes
• Ensure proper technical documentation in accordance with internal business processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor test handling functions (senior profiles with 8+ years welcome)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (or equivalent) and mechanical drawings
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of project management and statistical analysis
• Experience with mechanical, material, or thermal simulation tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical test methodology is a plus
