This role requires a Technical Engineer, to be responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and safety of UHT line.
key responsibilities
... Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Manage the startup, cleaning, and shutdown procedures for UHT equipment. Operate and monitor UHT equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Conduct weekly checks and preventive maintenance in the UHT area to ensure smooth operations.
Quality and Safety: Ensure continuous monitoring of process parameters to maintain product quality. Perform in-process testing following quality plans and raise any deviations. Adhere to quality standards and perform corrective actions when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area using good 5S practices.
- Team and Production Support: Support the shift team in meeting production targets and achieving efficiency goals. Assist in multiskilling team members and support operations in other workstations as needed.
requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, food technology, or a related field is required.
Experience: Proven experience in UHT production or a similar food manufacturing environment is a must.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UHT processes, equipment, and industry standards is essential. Knowledge of quality control, safety procedures, and food safety management systems is also required. Experience with troubleshooting and performing maintenance on UHT equipment is a key skill.
