We are seeking a seasoned Developer to take ownership of our foundational infrastructure. This role focuses on the evolution and stability of our UniVerse/UniData environment. You will be the technical steward of the high-stakes engines that power our daily transactions and essential business workflows.
Your Mission
Architectural Maintenance: Design, code, and refine applications within the MultiValue ecosystem using Pick BASIC.
Operational Excellence: Modernize and troubleshoot the core systems that keep our business moving, ensuring reporting and data structures remain robust.
Problem Solver: Transition business needs into technical reality by diagnosing complex bugs and optimizing system performance.
Collaborative Delivery: Partner with stakeholders through the UAT phase, documenting processes and managing seamless go-live deployments.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level environments.
Pick/MultiValue Expertise: Deep familiarity with UniVerse or UniData and proficiency in Pick BASIC.
System Fluency: A natural ability to deconstruct complex business workflows and legacy logic.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking paired with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
