About the Job
This high-impact, strategic position acts as a pivotal bridge between medical client vision and precision manufacturing excellence. You will be directly responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by managing key healthcare accounts and leading cross-functional teams through rigorous engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities specifically within the medical device and healthcare manufacturing sectors.
- Lead the New Product Introduction team through the management of quotations, project timelines, and engineering change requests.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams on Design for Manufacturing reviews and technical blueprints for medical-grade products.
- Establish and nurture deep-rooted commercial relationships with key procurement stakeholders and international healthcare project owners.
- Develop strategic pricing models and proposals based on market research and detailed medical component costing analyses.
- Coordinate across regional production sites to manage delivery logistics and ensure sample readiness for international clients.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or key account management within a medical manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully guiding medical-grade components through the complete New Product Introduction lifecycle.
- Solid technical proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, calculating product costing, and applying Design for Manufacturing principles.
- Direct business development experience within the OEM/CM market specifically serving the medical device manufacturing industry.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across regional and international markets to support business needs.
