Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Finance Shared Services function in APAC.
Build and develop a strong SSC/GBS culture that emphasizes performance, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Partner with regional and global finance leaders to align shared services strategy with overall business objectives.

Operations Management

Lead end-to-end finance operations across RTR, PTP, OTC, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A support.
Ensure strong governance, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to regulatory requirements across markets.
Oversee service delivery for APAC countries, driving consistent, standardized, and scalable processes.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs to deliver best-in-class finance support.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation (RPA, AI, ERP upgrades).
Champion Lean Six Sigma practices and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Partner with IT and transformation teams to deliver system enhancements and innovation.

Talent & Stakeholder Management

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team (200+ FTEs) across multiple countries.
Foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Build strong relationships with key business and finance stakeholders to ensure the SSC is seen as a strategic partner, not just a cost center.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Accounting/Finance; Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) preferred.
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Finance, with at least 8 years in SSC/GBS leadership roles.
Proven track record of setting up, scaling, or transforming finance shared services in APAC.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and governance.
Experience in leading large teams (>100 FTEs) across multiple geographies.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at C-level.
Exposure to ERP implementation, process automation, and digital finance tools.
Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
