- Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
- Location: Kuantan, Pahang
- Join a global FMCG leader to drive regional sales in the East Coast through the distributor network and leading a dedicated sales team.
the role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the East Coast to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets in both volume and value.
- Manage the end-to-end relationship with the regional distributor, overseeing their sales operations, performance, and inventory, and ensuring all KPI targets are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Area Sales Executives, managing their performance and providing the guidance needed to build a high-performing regional sales force.
- Drive key account development by securing listings and annual agreements with retailers, while staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to sustain long-term growth
the experience
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- General Trade (GT) or distributor management experience is essential.
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across the East Coast.
