about the job
This position will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will be covering the upper northern region (Penang, Perlis, Kedah and Langkawi).
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful implementation of full spectrum of sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory of charge.
- To lead the team towards achieving the agreed company annual sales, market share and profitability objectives.
- Conduct joint business planning with the key retailers in the region towards achievement of the annual business objectives
- To plan, control and direct the activities of the field sales force to achieve targeted objectives on sell in and sell out
- Accurate forecast demand for each area in the region
Job Requirements:
... - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Preferably in the FMCG industry
- Candidates with distributor management experience and local key account management experience in the northern region will be an added advantage
