about the job
- Take full charge of business development in the Asian market (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia), including partnerships with agents, KOLs, project collaborations, and community traffic channels.
- Build and manage the BD team, set goals and KPIs, implement incentive systems, and deliver results.
- Design and execute growth campaigns tailored to regional user behaviours, such as rebate tasks, team trading competitions, airdrop campaigns, etc.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to align resources and ensure fast execution.
- Independently manage and optimise regional performance data to ensure positive ROI.
- Represent the platform at global/regional industry conferences and partner events to expand resources and brand influence.

about the requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in BD or channel expansion management at an cryptocurrency exchange platfrom, with a proven track record of team leadership and strong sales results.
- Familiar with the community landscape, rebate structures, KOL ecosystems, and agent strategies in China and Hong Kong.
- Strong ability to bring in resources, project owners, communities, or partnership channels — preference given to candidates who can deliver results quickly.
- Results-driven, understands business pace, executes well, and has a strong data mindset and crisis management ability.
- Native Chinese speaker with English communication skills; international perspective is a plus.
