About the Role
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be a key player in the marketing team, supporting the Brand Manager in driving the growth of a leading personal care and healthcare portfolio. This is a hands-on role that requires strong executional skills, creative thinking, and excellent coordination to ensure the seamless implementation of brand campaigns, consumer activations, and new product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Brand Manager in the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Coordinate closely with internal departments and external agency partners to ensure the timely and effective rollout of all marketing activities.
Assist in the development and management of in-store marketing materials, including POSMs, displays, and consumer promotions.
Track and analyze brand performance using sales data, market trends, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
Support the planning and execution of new product launches, packaging updates, and product relaunches.
Assist in monitoring the A&P budget and tracking expenditures to ensure all activities are within budget.
Prepare post-campaign analysis and reports to measure effectiveness and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG, personal care, or healthcare industries.
Hands-on experience supporting 360° campaigns and working with creative or media agencies.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
A proactive, resourceful, and passionate individual with a strong desire to build a career in brand management.
