About the Role
My client is looking for a high-potential Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance leadership team in overseeing financial reporting, controls, and project finance matters.
This role is open to candidates from Big 4 / audit backgrounds who are keen to transition into a commercial, property development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Review financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / related field
- 4–6 years of experience:
- Open to external auditors (Big 4 / mid-tier) OR
- Candidates with commercial experience in property / construction / related industries
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
