the role
- Manage and grow relationships with key pharmacy and modern trade retailers, developing strategic partnerships to drive sales for a portfolio of exclusive beauty brands.
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities, while closely monitoring brand performance, sales turnover, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Take charge of commercial discussions by managing trade budgets and conducting trading term negotiations within the allocated budget to ensure profitable growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end operational cycle for the account, from processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries to assisting the finance team with account receivables.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in FMCG key account management, with experience covering chain pharmacies.
- Experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry is essential.
- Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
