About the Job
We are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals from the industrial solutions, scaffolding, racking, or building materials sector who are ready to take on a leadership position. You will be responsible for business development, client management, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Lead sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, racking, construction materials, or steel-related industries.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Holds a valid driving license and owns transport.
