This role is based in Penang and will report to the Head of Sales of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability of trading products across assigned markets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and sales planning.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Able to be based in Penang
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience. Preferably in the FMCG industry
