• Lead engagement with Orthopaedic Surgeons and clinical KOL to build brand advocacy and trust.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from gathering market intelligence to informing development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to implement high-impact promotional campaigns and professional development sessions for healthcare providers.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in medical sales or product management; a background in Orthopaedics is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate clinical data into effective brand positioning.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred to maintain strategic partnerships with private specialist accounts in key regions.
