Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven Boutique Manager (luxury timepiece) to lead one of the brand’s high-profile boutiques.
You will need to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional service standards and optimal team performance.
- Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value clientele, collectors, and watch connoisseurs.
- Drive boutique performance by meeting sales targets and implementing effective sales and service strategies.
- Ensure operational excellence including stock management, after-sales processes, reporting, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management capacity, preferably in the luxury watch or fine jewellery segment.
- Strong in sales performance and team leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Refined sense of professionalism with a client-first mindset.
- Strong business acumen and operational discipline.
