This role plays a vital part in shaping the brand's identity and market positioning, with a focus on driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and overall business growth within the skincare and beauty categories.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development brand strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the skin care and beauty industry.
- Oversee the successful launch of new skin care and beauty products, ensuring seamless integration into the market.
- Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans to maximize product profitability and longevity
- Utilize market and consumer insights to refine brand strategies and enhance overall brand performance.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in brand management preferably in beauty/skincare
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
