About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Brand Manager to lead a key portfolio within the personal care and healthcare category. You will be responsible for developing the overall brand strategy, leading marketing execution, and driving commercial performance. This role is pivotal in building brand equity, spearheading new product innovations, and ensuring sustainable business growth in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans across all consumer touchpoints, including ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels.
Drive the new product development (NPD) pipeline from ideation to launch, creating effective go-to-market strategies.
Develop and strengthen brand positioning by leveraging consumer insights, market data, and competitive analysis.
Manage the brand's A&P budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Continuously monitor brand health and commercial performance, conducting business reviews and identifying new growth opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including trade marketing, sales, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment on key brand initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, digital, and P.R.) to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of classic brand management experience, preferably from the FMCG, personal care, or pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
A proven track record of developing data-driven brand strategies and executing successful 360° marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience in managing new product development and launches.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
