About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Brand Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio of snack products. You will be the guardian of the brand, responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that build brand love, drive consumer engagement, and deliver sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role perfect for a brand builder who thrives on bringing creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual brand planning process, including setting objectives, strategies, and action plans for the assigned portfolio.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store activations.
Manage the new product development (NPD) process for the brand, from generating insights to developing go-to-market strategies.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor intelligence to propose strategic recommendations.
Manage the brand's A&P budget effectively, tracking spending and evaluating the ROI of marketing activities.
Collaborate closely with the sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
Liaise with external agencies, including creative, media, and P.R. partners, to develop and execute campaigns.
Develop compelling brand positioning based on deep consumer and shopper insights.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of solid brand management experience in the FMCG industry, with exposure to the food or confectionery category being an advantage.
Hands-on experience in managing 360-degree campaigns and new product launches.
Strong commercial mindset with proficiency in data analysis and turning insights into action.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A creative and analytical thinker with a passion for building brands.
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
