Randstad is currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Brand Manager (sports retail) to lead one of the iconic brands in our client group.
You will need to:
- Manage and drive business unit performance, including full P&L accountability.
- Responsible for merchandising planning, product assortments and etc
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
- Lead seasonal brand campaigns from concept to execution across digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product, retail, e-commerce, and regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Drive consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Min 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Solid experience in managing entire business unit P&L
- Strong leadership, communication skills
