About the Role
We are seeking a highly resilient and strategic Brand Manager to manage a key brand portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving brand performance, managing product lifecycles, and executing consumer-centric strategies within strict industry frameworks. You will be responsible for brand equity and volume growth in a challenging market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies and annual marketing plans, focusing heavily on BTL, trade marketing, and controlled consumer engagement activities.
Analyze market share, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for brand positioning and growth.
Lead the product and packaging innovation pipeline in compliance with all local requirements.
Manage the brand's A&P budget, ensuring all expenditures are compliant and deliver a strong return on investment.
Collaborate extensively with the sales, trade marketing, and legal/affairs teams to ensure flawless execution of go-to-market plans.
Manage external agencies and suppliers to develop effective marketing materials and activation programs.
Monitor brand performance metrics, distribution, and pricing strategies, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
6-8 years of brand management or trade marketing experience
Proven experience working within a complex and fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity and complex frameworks.
