This Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious growth targets. If you are a self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results, we want to hear from you.
- Plan and carry out effective sales plans to meet company goals and reach more customers.
- Lead, guide, and encourage our sales team. Train them, set their goals, and make sure they have what they need to succeed.
- Build strong relationships with important customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

skills and requirements
- Bachelor degree graduate in sales, business or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and self-motivated results-driven leader
- Able to travel
