About the Job
This role is focused on driving business expansion by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable offerings in warehousing, transportation, and integrated logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead proposal and tender processes, including solution development and pricing strategy
- Work closely with operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic growth
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
- Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and account expansion
Skills & Experience Required
- 4–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related business development roles
- Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and solution selling
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
