Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management or a related field such as ICSA qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, offshore company management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in offshore company incorporation, maintenance, modification, and dissolution processes.
Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills for seamless coordination with internal and external parties.
Ability to develop and optimise SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and provide professional advice.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese to facilitate business needs.
