• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports to authorities such as BNM and Labuan FSA; serve as the primary liaison for compliance-related engagements with banks, card schemes, and payment partners.
• Oversee end-to-end incident governance for fraud and compliance breaches—including investigation, reporting, root-cause analysis, and integration of lessons learned into updated risk controls.

about the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Law graduates are highly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in compliance, risk, or operations within fintech, payment gateways, or financial institutions — with exposure to transaction monitoring and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Proven knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering, (AMLA), Financial Services Act (FSA), and BNM guidelines.
