• In-depth Analysis: Perform thorough financial analysis and evaluate operations data for daily business unit activities to drive and optimize cost efficiency.

• Performance Review: Review and analyze budgets, cash flows, and the overall financial/operating performance of various Business Units.

• Portfolio Insights: Assist in the analysis of financial results across the Group’s investment portfolio and diverse operating entities.

Governance & Internal Controls

• Process Enhancement: Review, strengthen, and implement finance operating processes, internal control procedures, and policy frameworks.

• Audit Response: Review internal audit reports and findings to drive SOP enhancements and continuous improvement across Business Units.

Taxation & Treasury Management

• Tax Planning: Handle group-level tax planning and manage all tax-related matters for assigned Business Units.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate and liaise with internal cross-functional teams, including overseas subsidiaries, and external professionals such as auditors, tax advisors, bankers, lawyers, and company secretaries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (Note: Group requirements specify at least 4 years for this grade).

  • Proven experience within a Public Listed Company (PLC) or a Big Four audit firm is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques.

  • Compulsory experience in Group Consolidation.

  • Sound knowledge of P&L management, tax, banking, and cash flow management.
