This role focuses on driving user retention and engagement through the execution of loyalty marketing initiatives and personalized customer journeys. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to manage loyalty program operations and optimize CRM processes. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CRM-driven loyalty campaigns, including app push notifications and email marketing (EDM).
Manage day-to-day operations on Customer Data Platforms (CDP), focusing on segmentation and journey testing.
Utilize CDP capabilities to personalize customer experiences and deliver targeted messaging at the right time.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track retention, CRM performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to scale growth efforts efficiently.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM and growth activities.
Assist with the configuration and deployment of promotional offers and rewards programs.
Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or growth-related roles.
Understanding and hands-on experience with CRM software such as Appier, Emarsys, or CleverTap.
Experience working with analytical tools like Google Analytics and a strong understanding of app events.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate with P.R. and creative agencies.
A proactive mindset with the ability to make hyper data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
