about the job
- To maintain the custom property ERP system to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
- To take part in end-to-end Custom Property ERP System implementation projects eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; table and data structure), UAT & others
- To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
- To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
- To troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
about the manager/team
The role is an individual contributor role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support / end to end implementation role within the Custom Property ERP System. The implementation project is supported by vendor.
about requirements:
- Someone who has at least 3 years of experience in developing a Custom Property ERP System / implementing any off the shelf Property ERP systems etc IFCA / AppFolio / Yardi / MHub / Oracle Netsuite (Property) / MERP or others within implementation project and/or support (L2 or L3) is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects is an added but not compulsary.
- Those with experience in any of these end to end property processes ; development / sales / tenancy / property/asset management / FM operations / billing / collections / handover / defects / after sales customer service is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with any programming langugage capabilites etc phyton or others is added advantage but not compulsary (this is functional consultant / Business Analyst role, not a technical or developer role)
- Someone with experience on Project Management / Vendor Management is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Someone with at leadership experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (this is individual contributor role)
- Someone with exposure on either property / real estate / construction industries is added advantage but not compulsary
about the salary & benefits
- Open for MALAYSIAN & expats who DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia
- up to RM 10,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
