About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be crucial in driving the company’s digital marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation in the competitive financial sector. This is a hands-on role where you will manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize all paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and CRM/EDM campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics/Data Studio, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve conversion and traffic.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Creative) to ensure digital campaigns are fully aligned with overarching business goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective resource and channel allocation.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff or executives.
- Support communications and content related to P.R. activities as required.
✅ Requirements
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant, hands-on digital marketing experience within the Fintech, Finance, or Banking industry.
Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Mandarin-speaking is required (reading/writing not necessary) due to the focus on the Chinese-speaking market.
- Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on expertise in major digital channels: Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Data & Analytics: Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar reporting and optimization tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple, simultaneous campaigns.
- Preferred: E-commerce experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or equivalent platforms) is a plus.
