About the Role
Seeking a highly capable and data-savvy digital marketer to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital performance and brand visibility. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and is ideal for someone with proven expertise across SEO, SEM, and social media marketing — and who brings a mix of hands-on execution, analytical rigor, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong digital background, ready to take ownership of key channels and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization & Marketing
- Develop and implement robust SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Oversee and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, and Display Networks, ensuring high performance and cost efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing performance tracking to guide strategic improvements.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Create and manage content plans for all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X).
- Lead the execution of creative, engaging, and brand-aligned campaigns to grow followers and improve user engagement.
- Monitor performance data and industry trends to refine social strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Utilize GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to generate meaningful insights from campaign data.
- Provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-backed adjustments in real time.
Team Leadership & Project Collaboration
- Guide and support a small team, ensuring aligned execution and strong creative output.
- Collaborate with internal content creators, external vendors, and other marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, budgeting, and coordinating digital initiatives.
What the Client Is Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of solid, hands-on experience managing SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead projects from strategy to execution, with strong attention to results.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media tools.
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO software such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical and copywriting abilities, with a focus on performance and conversion metrics.
Leadership & Organizational Skills
- Experience managing timelines, resources, and junior team members effectively.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic design knowledge using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with influencer campaigns or content marketing strategies.
