We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong creative flair and a focus on measurable outcomes to champion our client’s social media presence, content development, and cross-channel marketing campaigns. This leadership role involves both big-picture strategy and day-to-day team management to ensure impactful and engaging campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Social Media & Content Leadership

• Design and implement comprehensive content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social networks.
• Coordinate the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and core business objectives.
• Direct the creation of engaging, platform-specific content including videos, posts, stories, and live broadcasts.
• Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent messaging across social media, email, paid media, and partnerships.
• Oversee campaign budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet key performance indicators.
• Ensure all communications uphold the brand’s tone, voice, and visual standards.

Team Management & Development

• Lead and nurture a small team of social media and content specialists by providing clear guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a creative, collaborative environment focused on results.
• Optimize team workflows to effectively meet deadlines and campaign priorities.

Community Engagement & Influencer Partnerships

• Actively engage with the online audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
• Collaborate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and partners to broaden reach and develop community-driven campaigns that support brand awareness and engagement goals.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and evaluate content and campaign results using analytics tools to derive insights and drive future strategy enhancements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of proven experience in social media, content marketing, and campaign management, with a track record of measurable growth and engagement.
• Experience leading and developing a small creative or content team.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in social media management platforms, analytics tools, and basic design/video editing software.
• Strong brand stewardship ensuring alignment of creative output with company identity and messaging.
• Preferred experience includes influencer/KOL marketing, community engagement, and paid social advertising optimization.
• Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies or service providers; startup experience is advantageous.
