About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital marketing Services to take ownership of all digital marketing strategies and execution. This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a results-driven approach to optimize campaign performance and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be an independent innovator capable of utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives across SEO/SEM, email, databases, social media, and online advertising.
Manage and enhance the company’s social media channels to strengthen brand presence.
Track, analyze, and present campaign outcomes, ensuring alignment with ROI and performance benchmarks.
Spot market trends and insights to adjust spending and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Generate innovative ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
Design, test, and evaluate experiments aimed at improving conversion rates.
Work closely with internal teams to produce landing pages and refine user experience.
Apply analytical skills to review the full customer journey across multiple touchpoints.
Monitor and refine conversion funnels to improve customer acquisition.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities effectively.
Research new technologies and provide recommendations for adoption when beneficial.
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring proper allocation and growth.
Formulate digital marketing plans in line with corporate objectives.
Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Strong track record in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns, with proven ability to oversee budgets and resources. Background in the Fintech or Banking sector is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in campaign analytics, including tracking ROI and KPIs.
- Core Competencies: Meticulous with excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently, think strategically, and approach challenges with creativity and innovation.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential, while the ability to communicate in Chinese or Cantonese is a considerable advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a preference for candidates who are polished and confident in professional settings. Emcee experience will be viewed as an added advantage.
