About the RoleThis position is ideal for a strategic leader who can combine creative brilliance with sharp analytical insight. You will own the brand story, create meaningful emotional connections, and ensure that all brand touchpoints—from social media initiatives to large-scale integrated campaigns—consistently reflect the brand’s strategic direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Leadership & Oversight: Define and uphold brand standards across all channels, ensuring messaging is consistent, distinctive, and strengthens the company’s market position.
- Creative Vision: Guide the development of campaign ideas and social media initiatives, overseeing art direction, copy, and design to deliver compelling and innovative storytelling.
- Campaign Strategy & Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with Digital, Product, and Sales teams, managing timelines, budgets, and overall execution quality.
- Social Media & Audience Engagement: Lead social media strategy to grow engagement, track trends, and optimize content to resonate with target audiences.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor teams across Brand, Design, and Social Media, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Set KPIs to measure brand health, campaign impact, and ROI, using insights to inform and improve future strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison for brand initiatives with senior leadership, including the CEO, and coordinate with external P.R. and creative agencies to maintain alignment and quality.
Experience: Over a decade of proven success in Marketing, Brand Management, or Creative Leadership, preferably within fast-paced, consumer-driven industries.
- Leadership & Influence: Skilled at guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Strategic & Creative Expertise: Track record of designing and executing integrated brand campaigns that combine compelling storytelling with analytics-informed insights.
- Digital & Technical Competence: Experienced in using digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and modern creative technologies to elevate brand impact.
- Core Attributes: Highly adaptable, proactive, and culturally aware, with the ability to anticipate trends and respond effectively to a rapidly evolving market.
- Education & Certification: Relevant professional qualifications in Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Creative Direction are highly valued.
